Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also track your order by logging into your account.
Customs & Duties
EU Orders: All prices include VAT. No additional customs fees apply within the European Union.
UK Orders: Import duties and VAT may apply upon delivery. The recipient is responsible for any customs charges.
Norway: Norwegian customs fees may apply. We recommend checking with Norwegian Customs for current rates.

We understand that buying premium knitwear online means you can't feel the cashmere before it arrives. That's why we offer one of the most generous return policies in the industry — because we're confident you'll love what you receive.
30-Day Free Returns
If you're not completely satisfied, you may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No questions asked. Return shipping is free within the EU — we'll send you a prepaid return label.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (trying on at home is fine)
- With all original tags attached
- In their original Heritage Knittings packaging
How to Return
- Initiate your return by emailing returns@heritageknittings.com with your order number
- We'll send you a free prepaid return label (EU) or return instructions (UK/Norway) within 24 hours
- Pack your items securely in the original packaging
- Drop off at your nearest postal service point
- Once received and inspected, your refund is processed within 7 business days to your original payment method
Return Shipping
- EU: Free return shipping on all orders. We provide a prepaid label.
- UK: Free return shipping. Prepaid label provided.
- Norway: Free return shipping. Prepaid label provided.
Exchanges
Need a different size? We make it easy. Simply note your preferred size when initiating your return, and we'll ship your exchange the same day we receive your return — free of charge. If you're unsure about sizing, our Size Guide provides detailed measurements in both cm and inches for every garment.
Holiday Returns
Orders placed between 1 November and 23 December can be returned until 31 January of the following year. Perfect for gifts.
Refunds
Refunds are credited to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving your return. Please note that your bank may take an additional 3–5 business days to process the credit.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We'll arrange a free replacement with a prepaid return label — no time limit. Include a photo of the issue and we'll have your replacement dispatched within 24 hours.
